This is your opportunity to share your priorities, needs, and how well the current Youth Collective offerings support you and others. This isn’t just another form—we genuinely want your feedback on what’s working, what’s not, and how we can improve together to be more relevant, inclusive, and impactful. Together, we can make this space even more meaningful for young people and youth organizations like yours!

Thank you for considering participating in our study! Here are some important details:
- Voluntary Participation: Your involvement is completely voluntary.
- Survey Details: You’ll answer a few demographic questions, share your experiences with the Youth Collective, and provide feedback on how we can engage better.
- Confidentiality: All responses are confidential and anonymous. Data will be stored securely and will not include personal identifiers.
- Time Commitment: Completing the survey will take approximately 15-25 minutes.
